Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Direct multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed to the required standard, delivered on time, and within budget.
  • Commercial and Technical Expertise: Provide commercial and technical reviews prior to project submission, ensuring that all aspects of the project are thoroughly understood and managed.
  • Client Relationship Management: Foster and develop strong relationships with clients, ensuring that their needs and expectations are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success and development within the company.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment: Promote and maintain a culture of health, safety, and environmental awareness within the company, ensuring that all operations are conducted in accordance with best practice and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven Project Management Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Commercial and Technical Expertise: Strong commercial and technical knowledge, with the ability to provide expert advice and guidance on project-related matters.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a strong focus on developing and mentoring junior team members.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
