Aerospace Machinist

The role of an Aerospace Machinist at Holt Engineering involves operating surface and cylindrical grinding machines to produce high-precision components for the aerospace industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aerospace technology, be able to work independently and as part of a team, work safely and efficiently, and be committed to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate Surface & Cylindrical Grinding machines (Jones & Shipman preferred)
  • Perform internal & external grinding operations
  • Inspect work using a range of hand tools
  • Liaise with other departments such as Quality and Design

About the Position:

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum based on 37.5 hours/week (£17-20 p/h). If you are a skilled machinist looking for a new challenge, please apply now.
