Swimming Coach Opportunity at Sports Generation

We are seeking a skilled Swimming Coach to join our team at Sports Generation, an expanding swimming business based in and around the Shepperton area.

As a Swimming Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality coaching to our clients, focusing on building confidence and developing skills to maximize potential and build a greater understanding of the specific sport.

Our coaching philosophy is centered around improving confidence levels, which in turn improves skills base and fitness, all factors which we believe are crucial in motivating children to continue to take part in, and to actively enjoy, their chosen sport.

We offer competitive rates of pay and operate in luxury environments. Experienced pre-school lesson instructors are actively encouraged to apply.

Requirements:

  • Hold the necessary Swim England or STA certification
  • Level 1 and Level 2 certificates for Swim England, or Level 2 Award and Level 2 Certificate for STA
