Private Client Legal Secretary Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Private Client team in Exeter. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Private Client fee earner, ensuring the smooth operation of client files and daily administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client files and maintain accurate records
  • Liaise with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Provide daily administration support to the Private Client team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary in a Private Client environment
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
