Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer to contribute to the maintenance and improvement of our production equipment. This role plays a crucial part in achieving world-class standards, maximising plant availability, and driving continuous improvements in reliability, productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
Key Responsibilities:- Actively involved with all aspects of Health and Safety on site.
- Provide effective and efficient reactive electrical & mechanical maintenance support, documenting findings in a CMMS system and ensuring timely resolution.
- Develop and adhere to electrical & mechanical Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Predictive Maintenance routines, using KPIs to track progress and share results.
- Fault identification and preventive measures to reduce machine downtime.
- Oversee refurbishments, installations, improvements, and modifications to minimise downtime and optimise equipment performance.
- Carry out reliability routines, including PPMs, Electrical Standards, CBM routines, to enhance asset performance.
