We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our specialist services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to individuals with complex needs and neurodiversity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement occupational therapy plans to support individuals with complex needs and neurodiversity
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and support
- Conduct assessments and interventions to promote independence and well-being
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including families and carers
- Contribute to the development of occupational therapy services and policies
- Relevant occupational therapy qualification and registration with the HCPC
- Experience working with individuals with complex needs and neurodiversity
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
