About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a key member of our specialist services team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to individuals with complex needs and neurodiversity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement occupational therapy plans to support individuals with complex needs and neurodiversity
  • Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver holistic care and support
  • Conduct assessments and interventions to promote independence and well-being
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including families and carers
  • Contribute to the development of occupational therapy services and policies
Requirements
  • Relevant occupational therapy qualification and registration with the HCPC
  • Experience working with individuals with complex needs and neurodiversity
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
