The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and knowledge of special educational needs in the Early Years. They will be a dynamic, empathetic, and driven team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues to inform and drive the team's ethos and strategy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Triage information from health colleagues to inform decision-making
  • Co-produce with families to plan next steps
  • Refer and signpost to relevant services
  • Review outcomes to ensure families receive the best possible start

Requirements

  • Significant experience and knowledge of special educational needs in the Early Years
  • Dynamic, empathetic, and driven team player
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues

Working Arrangements

This is a hybrid role that offers flexibility, with frequent requirements to attend settings, children's centres, and meetings across the city. The salary range is £28,770 - £33,024, and the working hours are full-time.
