Job Overview

Venn Group is seeking an experienced ER Investigator to support our client in Central London.

This is an interim position initially, with the potential to become a permanent role within the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex employee relations investigations, managing a range of employment matters, including disciplinary, grievance, and dignity at work cases.
  • Co-ordinate investigations, ensuring a cost-effective and efficient process that utilizes Trust resources effectively.
  • Maintain liaison with Commissioning Managers and ER Leads, providing regular updates on investigation progress and explaining any delays.
  • Analyse information to present detailed, factual, and well-written investigatory reports, adhering to Trust policies and guidelines.
  • Guide and support managers in resolving people-management issues through various ER interventions, including process documents, best-practice advice, and training.
  • Represent HR on Trust hearing and appeal Panels, ensuring consistency and appropriateness of recommendations.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in ER Investigations, from start to resolution.
  • Previous experience working in an NHS organization or the wider Public Sector is desirable.
