Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in London. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the employee experience, specifically for our Trains & Cruises Divisional Office.

The primary responsibilities of this role include developing and implementing HR strategies that support business objectives and foster a positive employee experience. This includes providing expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on all HR matters, managing complex employee relations cases, and overseeing talent acquisition, development, and performance management processes.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing the full spectrum of HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and compensation and benefits. They will also possess excellent employee relations skills, strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with employees at all levels.
