The Role:
We are seeking experienced interpreters to join our team in Newtown, Powys. As a freelancer, you will work with clients across various sectors, including the NHS, Local Authorities, Police, and Probation. Your primary responsibility will be to interpret for people using legal, health and local government services. This includes checking the non-English speakers understanding after each sentence, conference, consecutive and public service interpreting, dealing with highly confidential information, and liaising between the service user and service provider.

Requirements:
- Fluency in English and another language
- Right to work in the UK
- Aged 21 or over
- Formal qualifications such as DPSI, Community Interpreting, NRPSI, CIOL, ITI registered, or a Degree in Translation/Interpreting/Languages
