About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at GRAHAM ASSET MANAGEMENT LIMITED. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for planning and managing complex projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and within budget.
  • Review incoming projects and allocate resources accordingly.
  • Identify and interpret project design criteria, engaging specialist sub-contractors and personnel to deliver solutions.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, stakeholders, and the GRAHAM team.
  • Engage sub-contractors and support the Commercial team in surveying sites prior to construction.
  • Ensure all aspects of the project are effectively planned, monitored, and controlled.
  • Deliver projects within programme and budget, providing support and guidance to the Project Managers and delivery team.
  • Ensure adherence to company procedures, health and safety protocols, and quality management standards.
  • Manage and monitor sub-contractors, scheduling and chairing regular progress meetings and compiling reports.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate previous experience in a Senior Project Management role.
  • Strong communication and management skills, with the ability to manage and deliver multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in delivering commercial projects up to £1 million in value.
  • Ability to plan and programme projects using MS Project, with excellent IT skills and knowledge of NEC 4 contracts.
  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to use CEMAR.
