We have an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled Autocentre Director to lead our successful team at Mr Clutch.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience as a successful Autocentre Manager, with excellent customer service skills and a proven track record of driving sales growth. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, plus an outstanding bonus structure, excellent training opportunities, and a range of benefits.
Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum (negotiable)
Hours: 48 hours per week (8.30-5.30 Mon to Fri & 8.30-5 Sat)

As an Autocentre Director, you will be responsible for promoting and maintaining the Company image, delivering outstanding customer service, maximising volume to ensure profit and financial targets are met, and coordinating and controlling the work of Autocentre staff.
