Mortgage and Protection Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mortgage and Protection Advisor to join our team at Connells Estate Agency in Melton Mowbray. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on a range of mortgage and protection products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Building Relationships: Develop strong relationships with our Estate Agency team through training and support, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Regular Team Meetings: Participate in regular team meetings to discuss best practices, share knowledge, and build relationships with colleagues.
- Customer Appointments: Conduct 2-3 appointments per day, providing expert advice on mortgage and protection products to meet our customers' needs.
- New Business Development: Attract new customers and business, while being motivated to achieve professional goals within a result-driven environment.
- Resilient and Positive Attitude: Demonstrate a resilient, positive, and friendly attitude, with a strong track record in generating new sales and following through to completions.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to build strong alliances and work under pressure.
- CeMap Qualified: Hold CeMap qualification or equivalent, or be willing to train towards holding the qualification.
- Full UK Driving Licence: Possess a full UK driving licence.
