CRP Group Global Ltd is seeking a skilled PSV (Bus) Field Service Engineer to join their team in the Greater London area. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of PSV maintenance, inspection, fault diagnostics, and repairs at customers' premises and service centres.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Utilizing the latest mechanical and technical guides to effect cost-effective and efficient repairs.
  • Liaising with customers, call centre, and parts staff to report defects and order required spares.
  • Completing legible and accurate field service engineer job write-ups and reports.
  • Scanning completed job cards to the service centre for processing.
  • Participating in product training as required.
  • Observing health and safety protocols and local engineering requirements.
  • Assisting customers with servicing and repairs to improve their product knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence
  • Minimum City & Guilds level 3 vehicle maintenance or equivalent
  • Excellent electrical and computer-based diagnostic skills
  • Field service engineer or workshop-based experience
