About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nursery Room Manager to join our team at Busy Bees Harpenden Leyton Road Nursery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of childcare and education are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of childcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and education to children.
  • Develop and implement effective observation, assessment, and planning strategies to support children's learning and development.
  • Ensure the nursery environment is safe, welcoming, and stimulating for children.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to promote a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

What We Offer

  • A competitive salary of £26,000 per annum.
