Care Services Director

At National Care Group, we are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our team and support individuals with complex needs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and wellbeing of our individuals and colleagues, striving to unlock their full potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensuring the health and wellbeing of our individuals and colleagues, striving to ensure everyone has an opportunity to unlock their potential.
- Leading from the front, setting the right example, and coaching and mentoring colleagues on what good looks like.
- Providing strong oversight of our services, ensuring operations are balanced with colleagues taking annual leave, regular team meetings, and ensuring training compliance is maintained.
- Developing strong relationships with families, external professionals, and regulators, understanding the importance of collaborative working.
- Supporting individuals to learn the skills required to live as independently as possible and to live their best lives.
- Ensuring quality and governance, striving to deliver outstanding quality across our services, in line with legal, statutory, and regulatory obligations.
- Empowering teams to deliver excellent written communications and care plans, understanding the importance of documentation.
- Reporting is an essential part of any manager's role, ensuring the right information is delivered at the right time to support in maximising quality and compliance.
- The role requires you to be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
About the Ideal Candidate
- Experience with Learning Disabilities and/or complex needs.
- CQC experience.
- MAPA and PBS experience is desirable.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to work on own initiative.
- A high level of personal integrity towards providing a high standard of service.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within and outside of our organisation.
- A good understanding of commercial and financial principles and practices.
- Level 5 Leadership in Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
