At Premier Care (Plymouth) Limited T/A New Direction Support, we strive to deliver exceptional care to individuals with additional needs. Our team is dedicated to promoting Quality of Sleep (QoS) and Quality of Life (QoL) for our service users.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategies to enhance QoS and QoL
  2. Foster a positive work culture based on Positive Behavioural Support (PBS) practices
  3. Meet the needs and wants of our service users
  4. Coach and mentor staff to ensure high-quality care
  5. Review and improve staff practices
  6. Encourage active engagement in meaningful activities and relationships
  7. Safeguard service users from harm
  8. Participate in on-call responsibilities
We are looking for individuals who possess:
  1. Patient and tolerant nature
  2. Reliability and flexibility
  3. Determination and motivation
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. A focus on empowering and developing people
  6. Ability to organise and prioritise effectively
Essential Requirements
  1. Full UK driving license
  2. 2 years experience in a care setting in the UK
  3. 2 years experience in a supervisory role in the UK
  4. Willingness to work towards a qualification
