Key Responsibilities- Work closely with individuals with complex mental health needs and addiction issues to develop personalized recovery plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive support and guidance.
- Conduct regular assessments and reviews to monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
- Provide education and support to individuals and their families on mental health and addiction recovery.
- Proven experience in working with individuals with complex mental health needs and addiction issues.
- Strong understanding of recovery principles and best practices.
