Description

The company's end-to-end service proposition, Total Care, covers machine supply and breakdown services. Our sales and marketing engine is world-class, and we have an efficient on-site operations team that works closely with customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of the Sales Strategy for Laundry, Catering, Fire & HVAC
  • Drive commercial growth within recurring revenue lines against budget through appointment creation for field sales teams
  • Expand JLA's footprint within existing accounts and focus on new customers across various industry sectors

People Management

  • Set a culture of effective people management through engagement and consistency
  • Work with the Internal Sales Director to agree coaching and sales improvement plans
  • Set clear objectives and targets for team leaders and provide regular feedback on performance
  • Manage employee relations issues in line with company policies

Service Delivery

  • Demonstrate an understanding of service delivery excellence and its impact on business outcomes
  • Set a culture of excellent customer service and ensure the basics are right every time
  • Work collaboratively with teams outside of direct reports to achieve business objectives

Knowledge and Skills

  • Knowledge and experience in dealing with various industry sectors and customer demographics
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to develop individuals and relationships
  • Understanding of product and service offerings across all verticals
  • Presentation and communication skills to lead and execute business growth initiatives

Experience in delivering ambitious growth plans, succession planning, and delegation is essential. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of driving commercial growth, leading sales teams, and managing risk.


They will be highly performance-driven, resilient, and able to operate successfully in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work closely with the budget numbers delivered in a linear and phased manner.
