Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • To provide comprehensive patient assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
  • To participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures that promote best practice.
  • To engage in continuous professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in primary care and emergency medicine.
  • To mentor and educate junior staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and knowledge sharing.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in primary care or A&E settings, with a focus on minor injuries and illnesses.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

We offer a generous compensation package, including a salary range of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, plus various benefits such as access to training and development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and more.
