Job Summary

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Clinical Operations Coordinator to join our team at Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in managing our outpatient services, ensuring that all clinics are fully utilised and that our patients receive the best possible care.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the administrative service for our outpatient department
• Work closely with our clinical teams to ensure that all clinics are fully utilised and that our patients receive the best possible care
• Develop and implement effective administrative systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our outpatient services
• Provide excellent customer service to our patients and their families

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
