As a Freelance Workplace Needs Assessor at Posturite Limited, you will undertake workplace assessments to support individuals with challenges such as neurodiverse conditions, health conditions, or unique work requirements. This includes supporting those with ADHD, autism, dyslexia, etc.
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a high level of emotional intelligence and excellent communication skills. A strong understanding of assistive technology software, such as Read & Write, Dragon, and Mindview, is also essential.
Our ideal candidate will have a flexible and supportive approach to working with people with diverse needs. You'll be working Monday to Wednesday, with the possibility of additional hours depending on client demand.
We estimate the salary for this role to be around £45-50 per hour.
