Job Summary

Celeros Flow Technology is seeking a highly skilled Design Engineer to join our team. As a Design Engineer, you will be responsible for undertaking computer-aided design (CAD) engineering activities across various end markets, including Nuclear, Defence, Oil & Gas, Water, Energy Transition, and Aftermarket.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct engineering activities on Project Execution on ETO and CTO contracts, and where applicable, New Product Development and improvement initiatives specific for Nuclear, Defence, Oil & Gas, Water, Energy Transition, and Aftermarket.
  • Interpret customer specifications and international standards.
  • Work with Principal CAD Engineer and others within Engineering and other Facility functions in a collaborative manner to achieve project deliverables.
  • Provide CAD Engineering Technical support through the full product life-cycle from pre-award through design/make to in-service site support.
  • Undertake the full range of CAD and CAE Engineering tasks under supervision, including drafting/checking 2D detail drawings & 3D models to Company Standards, creation and checking BOMs, NCR Resolution Support, DFMA, relevant product and market CODE/Standards compliance (e.g., ASME, DEF-Stans, etc.).
  • Help the team achieve project deadlines, delivered with desired quality, cost, and efficiency.
  • Represent Engineering in support of other Facility Functional requirements in relation to Engineering performance (e.g., Supply Chain, Operations, Quality, Projects, and Finance, etc.).

Requirements

  • Qualification in Mechanical Engineering and/or relevant CAD Engineering experience/training.
  • Minimum of 3 years industry experience.
  • Ability to undertake CAD Engineering tasks under supervision.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to set and hit personal and team deadlines.
  • An interest in Pump & related Package Technology and engineering.
  • An active and valuable team participant who puts team success before individual success.
