Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Property Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic and supportive team at G2 Legal Limited. This is a part-time role that offers a unique opportunity to represent individual and corporate clients in contentious property matters.

About the Role:

This position involves handling a variety of complex property disputes and claims, including enfranchisement matters, housing and commercial litigation, and representing clients in the First-Tier Tribunal, County Court, and managing various proceedings under housing and property-related legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling disputes related to property acquisitions, statutory consultations, and right to manage claims
  • Representing clients in landlord and tenant disputes, including breach of lease/tenancy, disrepair claims, and commercial lease renewals
  • Advising on nuisance, boundary disputes, trespass, compulsory purchase orders, adverse possession, and more
