Veterinary Nurse Position

We are seeking a passionate and committed Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our team at GLG Vets in Ashford. This role offers a unique chance for individuals who are enthusiastic about delivering high-quality veterinary care and enjoy working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional veterinary care and treatment to a diverse range of animals.
- Perform routine check-ups, surgeries, and emergency care as required, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient, facilitating effective communication and collaboration with the veterinary team.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of veterinary nurses and support staff to ensure seamless delivery of care and services.
- Contribute to the smooth operation of the clinic during your shifts, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective time management.
- Veterinary degree (MRCVS or equivalent) and a strong commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and animals.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to meet the needs of the clinic and its patients.
- Experience in both routine and emergency veterinary care is highly desirable, with a commitment to delivering high-quality care in all situations.
- Competitive salary package of £34,000 - £36,000 per year, reflecting your skills and experience.
