Job Title: Agile Operations Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Operations Analyst to join our team at Colchester Global Investors Limited. As an Agile Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of trades on client portfolios, while matching counterparty's trades in the market to ensure timely settlement.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process collateral, initial margin, and clearing obligations with precision and attention to detail.
  2. Investigate collateral balance discrepancies and settlement disputes, providing timely and effective solutions.
  3. Monitor coupons on collateral and claim/pay as necessary, ensuring seamless operations.
  4. Input and reconcile Futures trades/positions on a daily basis, maintaining accurate records.
  5. Perform Daily Regulatory Reporting via DTCC repository, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  6. Process bonds, repo/reverse repo, IRS, interest cash flows, FX trades, and investigate settlement queries, providing expert support.
  7. Stay up-to-date with CSDR and other market-related changes, ensuring our operations remain compliant and efficient.
About You:
  1. You must have previous proven Trade Support experience in Investment Operations within a fixed income environment.
  2. You must have prior experience with Futures IRS trades and reconciliations, with a strong understanding of collateral and regulatory reporting processes.
  3. You must be able to demonstrate good knowledge of Cloudmargin, Acadia, TradeNeXus, and CTM, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  4. You must be computer literate, with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
