Role Overview
At Arm Limited, we are expanding our Developer Ecosystems group to create seamless software development experiences on the Arm architecture. We seek a skilled software developer to join our team in crafting innovative tools that simplify project and build management, debug and analysis, and device virtualisation.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on various technologies, delivering tools across multiple platforms, including desktop and browser. The ideal candidate will have experience with TypeScript and a passion for creating exceptional developer experiences. Our team is committed to engineering excellence, ensuring quality through automated testing, code review, and continuous integration.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to designing, delivering, and supporting developer tools for the Arm ecosystem.
- Showcase quality through unit testing and continuous integration.
- Engage with agile planning and development processes to shape product delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
- Demonstrable skills with at least one general-purpose programming language.
- Familiarity with modern software development practices: source control, automated testing, object-oriented or functional paradigms, and the Agile methodology.
- A proven ability to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and responsive software.
Nice to Have
- Experience with TypeScript, C/C++, continuous integration workflows, source control systems, and Agile/UX design principles.
- Familiarity with containerisation technologies and web development frameworks.
