Link Education Ltd is working with a 'Good' primary school in Kent to recruit a Year 3 teacher for a full-time long-term maternity cover role starting from January 2025. Our ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering engaging lessons and promoting student success.

About the Role

This position involves delivering high-quality education to students, with a focus on meeting individual needs and fostering academic, social, and emotional development. Key responsibilities include:

  • Planning and delivering differentiated lessons that meet the needs of all students.
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued and supported.
  • Assessing student progress regularly and using data to inform instructional decisions and interventions.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to plan cross-curricular activities and share best practices.
  • Communicating effectively with parents/carers regarding student progress, behaviour, and achievements.

The estimated salary for this role is £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, depending on experience. We value creative learning and dedicate ourselves to providing pupils with an all-round education.
