We are seeking a highly skilled Chemical Scientist to join our team at Probus Recruitment Ltd. As an Innovation and Research Scientist, you will be responsible for conducting research tasks, analyzing experiments, and applying scientific theories to improve our products and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting and analyzing experiments to determine and evaluate the chemical and physical properties of organic and inorganic substances.
  2. Applying and interpreting standard scientific theories, concepts, and techniques to improve our products and processes.
  3. Completing basic projects independently, drawing conclusions with guidance, and reproducing and articulating results and their meaning.
  4. Documenting project updates and executing projects using project management methodologies.
  5. Fulfilling responsibilities as required by our Quality System.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering and minimum 2 years of experience in formulating products.
  2. Experience with SAP.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Degree in Chemistry, Polymer Science, or Material Science.
