Job Overview
This permanent role as a Building Surveyor involves delivering high-quality customer-focused repairs, planned and reactive maintenance, and project delivery. The ideal candidate will have experience in using AutoCAD as part of design projects, a strong background in health and safety, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Monitoring and controlling expenditure
  • Managing a varied workload
  • Working knowledge of building refurbishment works to current standards
  • Preparing and submitting planning and building regulation applications
