About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our team at Footasylum. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that customers have a positive shopping experience
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling customer payments and returns
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing store environment
  • Participate in stock management, including receiving and processing stock deliveries
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently
Requirements

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
