Job Summary:
  We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of plumbing, heating, and renewable energy projects from estimating/tendering to execution and completion.
  Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and submit competitive tenders and proposals for residential homeowners, new build, design & build, and development contracts in the plumbing and heating sector.
  • Negotiate contracts with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors, ensuring all terms and conditions are clear and favourable.
  • Project Management, overseeing plumbing, heating, and renewable energy projects such as Heat Pumps, Solar etc.
  • Preferably with experience dealing with new build, homeowners / domestic housing or house builders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Full UK driving licence.

Benefits:
