About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Branch Manager to join our team at TF Solutions. As a key member of our branch, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of the branch and business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, nurturing great relationships and understanding customer needs to offer expert advice and recommend alternatives.
  • Offer a single point of contact for pricing and ordering products for customers.
  • Ensure the safety of all colleagues and customers by adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures.
  • Support the Branch Manager in managing all aspects of the branch and business.
  • Coach a team to deliver the highest standards of service and help motivate and develop others.
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar role, supporting/managing a similar size store or branch.
  • Relevant skills and experience in sales, operations, and customer service.
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • High levels of energy and drive, with a passion for coaching and developing others.
