We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at The Laurels, a Residential Care Home in Carlisle, Cumbria.

As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to lead fulfilling and enriched lives. Our service has been recognised as one of the top-rated care homes in the region, and we are committed to delivering exceptional care and support to our residents and their families.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop warm and trusting relationships with our residents, enabling them to enjoy their time with us to the fullest. You will also be responsible for providing personal care and administering medication, as well as supporting residents to engage in a range of activities and experiences.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about providing person-centred care and support, and who is committed to working in a fun and supportive environment. No previous care experience is necessary, as we provide full training and support to help you achieve your goals.
