Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Hotel Technician to join our team. As a Hotel Technician, you will be responsible for all general technical minor repairs, structural repairs, and necessary maintenance measures. You will also be responsible for checking regularly the technical facilities of the hotel, coordinating all external facility management service providers, and carrying out painting and silicone work throughout the hotel.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on hotel equipment and facilities
  • Coordinate with external service providers to ensure timely and efficient maintenance
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and prevent breakdowns
  • Assist with special projects and tasks as needed
Requirements
  • Training in the field of HVAC and/or electrical and several years of professional experience in a comparable position
  • Good general technical knowledge and skills (e.g. painting, electrical, plumbing)
  • Confident, authentic, and loyal appearance
  • Ability to respond smartly to different guests and wishes
  • Good command of English and German
