Role Overview
Academics Ltd seeks a dedicated and compassionate Specialist Teacher - SEMH to join our team. This role offers an opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of vulnerable children with social, emotional, and mental health needs.

The School:
A trauma-informed school near Guildford provides a supportive environment for students aged 7-16. As a Specialist Teacher - SEMH, you will be part of a close-knit team focused on addressing the educational, social, and therapeutic needs of students. The high staff-to-student ratio allows for personalized attention and support.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging Maths or English lessons to small classes (8 max) of students with SEMH needs. Create interactive, therapeutic, and meaningful lessons that help students reach their full potential. Provide consistency, equipping students with tools to feel safe, secure, empowered, and confident in their abilities.

Requirements
QTS/QTLS or relevant experience as a teacher. Professional or personal experience working with vulnerable children, additional needs, challenging behaviors, or mental health needs. Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum depending on experience.
