Salary and Compensation Package

The successful candidate will be offered a highly competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £70,000 base pay, accompanied by an attractive benefits package.

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Strategy Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about renewable energy and business growth. Reporting directly into our inspired Strategy Director, you will play a crucial role in scoping and managing projects and research initiatives to ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives.

About the Role

  • Create strong relationships and networks across the business to enhance operational performance and delivery.
  • Assist in decision-making and implementation of business objectives and operational delivery of initiatives.
  • Manage strategic projects from scope to delivery, aligning with objectives and outcomes.
  • Organise and prioritise critical issues and required information for the Director to facilitate efficient discussion and decision making.
  • Review and oversee operational systems and processes.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement leading to innovation and excellence within our business processes.
  • Interpret and present financial and commercial analysis.
  • Research market trends and industry developments, presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
  • Support the team and business units in providing quality management information in a timely manner for Board meetings.
  • Maintain key central messaging effectively delivered to all business units.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality as per business requirements.

  • Excellent numerical and organisational skills with significant attention to detail.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, able to motivate colleagues towards collective deadlines.
  • Excellent MS Office suite skills.
  • Able to work as part of a high-performance team, forming good working relationships internally and externally.
  • A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work and activities to ensure deliverables are met.
