Salary and Compensation Package
The successful candidate will be offered a highly competitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £70,000 base pay, accompanied by an attractive benefits package.
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Strategy Manager to join our team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about renewable energy and business growth. Reporting directly into our inspired Strategy Director, you will play a crucial role in scoping and managing projects and research initiatives to ensure successful delivery of strategic objectives.
About the Role
- Create strong relationships and networks across the business to enhance operational performance and delivery.
- Assist in decision-making and implementation of business objectives and operational delivery of initiatives.
- Manage strategic projects from scope to delivery, aligning with objectives and outcomes.
- Organise and prioritise critical issues and required information for the Director to facilitate efficient discussion and decision making.
- Review and oversee operational systems and processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement leading to innovation and excellence within our business processes.
- Interpret and present financial and commercial analysis.
- Research market trends and industry developments, presenting findings to senior stakeholders.
- Support the team and business units in providing quality management information in a timely manner for Board meetings.
- Maintain key central messaging effectively delivered to all business units.
- Maintain strict confidentiality as per business requirements.

- Excellent numerical and organisational skills with significant attention to detail.
- Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, able to motivate colleagues towards collective deadlines.
- Excellent MS Office suite skills.
- Able to work as part of a high-performance team, forming good working relationships internally and externally.
- A positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proven ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- A flexible and adaptable approach to work and activities to ensure deliverables are met.
