Arla Foods is seeking an experienced Lean Transformation Specialist to drive continuous improvements across our sites. As a Lean Transformation Specialist, you will be responsible for leading operational excellence projects, overseeing strategic alignment, and implementing Lean initiatives to promote a culture of continuous improvement.

About the Role:

You will work closely with site teams and leaders to empower them to drive performance improvement and sustain results. Your primary responsibilities will include defining and implementing the Arla Performance System, promoting a Lean culture, and driving improvements in Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Motivation, and Planet (SQCDMP).

Key Responsibilities:

* Own, plan, and execute the site's Operational Excellence journey, including strategic alignment and implementation of APS standards and ways of working
* Oversee all site Operational Excellence projects from planning and coordination to follow-up, ensuring they align with business goals and performance metrics
* Establish, develop, and foster a market Community of Practice together with Senior OpEx Managers and participate in centrally led global pilots
* Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization at the site and execute implementation of relevant digital tools

The estimated salary for this role is $130,000 - $160,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
