Job Title: Technical Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead and manage the end-to-end life cycle of IT projects, from initial design through to implementation and successful handover to support teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Project Management: Oversee the entire project life cycle, ensuring alignment with technical requirements and delivery milestones.
  • Documentation: Create and manage essential project governance documents, including Project Initiation Documents (PID), RACI matrices, and detailed requirements.
  • Team Coordination: Lead both internal and external technical resources, including Managed Service Providers, to deliver high-quality outcomes.
  • Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential challenges and implement solutions to mitigate project risks.
  • Operational Handover: Ensure seamless integration of projects into ongoing operational support.
Requirements:
  • Technical Expertise: Solid understanding of Cyber Security principles, experience with Cloud Infrastructure and Migration, preferably with Microsoft Azure, knowledge of IT infrastructure, end-user computing, and service management.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, proven track record in managing IT projects of various sizes, from inception to operational handover.
  • Communication and Leadership: Ability to translate technical details into clear, actionable plans, skilled in engaging with stakeholders at all levels to ensure project alignment.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Critical thinker with the capacity to handle crises effectively, excellent negotiation skills for managing both internal teams and external vendors.
