We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Coordinator to join our team at Liquid. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital role in maintaining and updating our applicant tracking system (ATS) and in-house systems for seamless record keeping.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update our ATS and in-house systems for accurate record keeping.
  • Assist with audit submissions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Support payroll preparation in collaboration with our external provider.
  • Calculate rates to provide accurate costs to clients.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, Recruitment Admin, or a similar multi-skilled admin role.
  • Proficient in applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Bullhorn, Matrix, Networx, Pinpoint.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and document formatting.
  • Familiarity with payroll processes and hiring practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
