Are you looking for a dynamic and challenging role in retail merchandising? We're seeking a Seasonal Merchandising Specialist to join our team in the Bishop Auckland area.

You'll be part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working with high street retailers on behalf of well-known brands. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and shelves are well-stocked.

To succeed in this role, you'll need to be able to commit to a regular schedule, including Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. You'll also need to be comfortable with manual handling and have a full UK driving licence and access to a car.

About the role:

  • You'll restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
  • You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
  • You'll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
  • You'll provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application.

What makes you excellent:

  • Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail, and/or customer service.
  • Able to commit to the hours listed above.
  • Takes pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
  • Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos, and answer questions about your tasks.
  • Comfortable with a bit of manual handling.
  • A full UK driving licence and access to a car is necessary.
