Warehouse Operative Job Description
About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse Operative to join our team on a 4on 4off shift. As a Warehouse Operative, you will be responsible for order picking, loading and unloading orders, and replenishing stock.
Key Responsibilities
- Order picking and prioritizing orders based on delivery schedules
- Loading and unloading orders to be put away in allocated areas
- Replenishing and consolidating stock as required
- Handling all goods with care and attention
Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Pivot/ride on PPT license desirable but not essential (full training can be provided)
- Previous experience in a warehouse environment ideal
- Good communication and team working skills
- Attention to detail essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to work on own initiative
