  • Oversee the work of a lift engineer's assistant to ensure tasks are completed correctly.
  • Perform major and minor repairs, with a focus on gear work experience.
  • Manage, process, and transmit paperwork.
  • Have experience with LG and ST testing.
  • Attend lift breakdowns and undertake planned servicing and maintenance work.
  • Provide service and PPM work at customer sites.
  • Offer technical support and advice to customers to maximize the first-time fix rate.
  • Maintain a professional image at all times.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 qualified in Lift Engineering.
  • 2 years of experience as a Lift Repair Engineer.
  • Relevant qualifications for the position, such as J Modules.
  • Proficient in fault finding, diagnosis, and repair on both Passenger and Goods lifts.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, and organized.
  • Hold a full UK driving license and be prepared to travel.
