Job Summary:

We are seeking a Supportive Care Professional to join our team of dedicated individuals who share our passion for delivering high-quality care services.

The successful candidate will have experience working with children and be passionate about making a difference in their lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting children with their daily living activities such as personal care, toileting, nutrition and hydration requirements, medication administration, community access and emotional support.
  • Developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with clients, families and other healthcare professionals.
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to provide a comprehensive care service.
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and progress.

Requirements:

  • A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to making a positive impact on their lives.
  • Strong collaborative skills, as you will be working closely with colleagues, parents and other professionals.
  • The ability to adapt to the unique needs of each child, creating a personalised approach to support.
  • Punctuality and reliability throughout your role as a Supportive Care Professional is key for our clients and families.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, due to our client's communication needs.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including training and development opportunities, flexible working hours and a supportive work environment.
