Job Description

As a Water Mains Technician with HomeServe, you will represent our brand and undertake maintenance and repair work on mains water pipes in private domestic properties. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Attending customers' properties to identify leaks on water supply pipes
  • Excavating ground to fix pipes and restoring the area once complete

You must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and possess previous experience in identifying leaks, repairing, and laying water mains.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Previous experience in identifying leaks, repairing, and laying water mains
  • Ability to work in all-weather types
  • A valid UK driving license with six or fewer penalty points
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and logical approach to resolving issues
  • Strong customer service skills
