Career Development Opportunity in Learning Disabilities Supported Living

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to fill the role of Deputy Manager for our cluster of Learning Disabilities Supported Living services in Oxfordshire.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the management team in the day-to-day running of our services, including supervising and managing a team of staff members, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations, and contributing to operational management.

Requirements
  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care is preferred
  • Prior experience as a Deputy Manager or Senior Care Assistant is essential

Salary Information

The salary for this position is estimated at £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location factors.
