Job Title: Compensation Claims Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Claims Specialist to join our claims team in the UK. This role offers a salary of £28,000-£30,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in personal injury claims, preferably within an insurer or solicitor environment, and excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

  • Manage a caseload of personal injury claims, meeting individual targets.
  • Make informed decisions on liability, quantum, and indemnity.
  • Navigate claims through OIC, MOJ, and pre-action protocols with confidence.
  • Identify and address fraudulent claims promptly.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of systems, policies, and processes for the claims team.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant legal and regulatory frameworks for motor claims.
