As a Bar Manager at Café François, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of bar staff to provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth service operation.
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
  • Developing and implementing new menu ideas and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and drink offerings.
  • Monitoring and controlling costs, including labor, inventory, and supplies.
