We are seeking an experienced Executive Italian Chef to lead our kitchen team at 40 Dean Street, an iconic Soho institution renowned for serving exceptional Italian fare. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding cuisine and superb service in a fast-paced environment.

As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency. You will work closely with our head chef to develop menus, train staff, and maintain our reputation for excellence.

Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes within budget and timescales.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience as an Executive Chef or equivalent role.
  • Degree in Culinary Arts or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
