The Senior Pastry Chef de Partie will be responsible for supervising, preparing, and serving all bakery and pastry items within the hotel. This includes plated desserts, cakes, and afternoon tea items. The successful candidate will ensure that the highest standards are maintained at all times, adhering to strict hygiene regulations and continuously improving our services.

• Demonstrate expertise in pastry arts, including sugar, chocolate, bread, and plated desserts.

• possess excellent written and spoken English skills.
